Support Team

Running camps at The Oakes is a huge team effort! You can get involved too.

On each camp at The Oakes there are lovely people who do all the stuff 'behind the scenes'. They help make the food, do the washing up, set up the activities, and keep the house looking spick and span, even when all the muddy campers come in from the ropes course. The housekeeper dishes out the jobs, and makes sure they are happy!

They also spend time each day reading the bible together, and sometimes they even get to put their feet up.
