Due to the snowy weather this week I was able to spend the week at the Oakes instead of going to work. This was great was able to take part in review and look at all the different ideas the team have. They have come up with some great ideas so watch this space.

The team (minus a few who have already gone back to America) are currently sitting in the panelled room with snow falling outside, a christmas tree, decorations and coal fire inside.
