Bonjour!!!

Hello everyone! It is my first time blogging on here and I’m so excited to tell you what’s going on at the Oakes! We have just finished working on our ideas on how to make the camps and activities better, and can’t wait for you to try them out!!!

Things are really crazy here, right now. We have builders knocking holes in walls in the back corridor, in order to prepare for new office spaces and additions to come during the extension. The main kitchen has now merged with the team kitchen, and we find whatever space we can for sitting together. :) While it is crazy, it is really cool to see the progress being made! I have found it quite interesting to work on the house, since it is so different to what we were doing before Christmas.

We are missing the campers a lot, and can’t wait for you all to come back! :)
