not letting me on

hello to anyone from the team that is reading this. i have just gone to camp 5 in summer 09 and i really want to go on the 11+ forums. when i go on it it says acsess is denied. i am 12 and my name in chloe hopkins if you want to check my name or details on your records. i have tried to get on to it on several computers. please can you tell me why this is. thanks chloe x
